When Will My Order Ship? Please allow 1–3 business days of processing time for your order to be prepared and shipped out.


How Long Does Shipping Take? Average transit time is 7–12 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, Zevorify is not liable for delays, loss, or failed deliveries caused by the shipping provider.


Will I Receive a Tracking Number? Yes! Tracking is provided for every order and will be available once your item has shipped. Please note that each product may ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide, as we source quality products globally. If you need assistance tracking your order, don't hesitate to reach out to us at zevorifysupport@gmail.com


I Entered an Incorrect Address! If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us immediately at zevorifysupport@gmail.com with your order number and the correct address. We can make corrections within 24 hours of purchase. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after this window or once the order has shipped.

⚠️ If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Zevorify is not responsible for locating, resending, or refunding the order.


My Item Arrived Damaged We take great care in packaging every order. However, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zevorifysupport@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged item
  • A photo of the packaging it arrived in

Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement free of charge.


Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Zevorify is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, and we do not offer refunds or reshipping in these cases. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address where someone is available to receive the package.
