Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Zevorify. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, we're here to help.
Returns Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation. If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Refund Policy once the item is delivered.
To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please email zevorifysupport@gmail.com with your order number and the word "CANCEL" in the subject line.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Returned items must meet our eligibility criteria — unused and in original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may be rejected.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
⚠️ Please do not return items without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Non-Refundable Items We cannot offer refunds on items that:
- Have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Are returned without original packaging
- Are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow product instructions
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges & Replacements We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective item, please email zevorifysupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including a clear photo or video of the damage along with your order number. If approved, a replacement of the same item will be sent. Exchanges are not offered for reasons other than damage or defect.
Shipping Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or undelivered. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
